City of Torrance Junior Lifeguards will return Summer 2025

The program will teach participants water safety fundamentals, lifesaving skills and respect for and in an aquatic environment. Teamwork, water safety, physical fitness and lifesaving methods will be taught to empower participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure their safety and the safety of others in an aquatic setting.

A successful tryout is required to participate in the course.
