The City of Torrance is proud to release the 2023 Year in Review.
The City Manager’s Office, in collaboration with staff from each of the 14 City departments, compiled the information and produced the report to communicate with the City Council and members of the public a highlight of projects across all departments for the 2023 calendar year.
This report is a tool to better engage with the public and provide an update of the depth of City services and accomplishments from the prior calendar year.
In an effort to lower costs and to have a more sustainable footprint, the report has a limited print distribution, but it is available online for the public to review.
