The City of Torrance is proud to release its third Citywide report, a 2023 Year in Review. 

The Communications and Information Technology Department is responsible for the administration of the City's information and communications systems and infrastructure. Our services include the planning, procurement, delivery, maintenance and training which support the business functions of City departments through technology. The Communication and Information Technology department's responsibilities include:
