Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the West Annex Commission Room; 3031 Torrance Boulevard.   Members of the public are invited and high school students are encouraged to come and visit. 

Youth Council Meeting Agendas 

The Torrance Youth Council is an advisory body to City Council on matters pertaining to youth in Torrance. Youth Council is comprised of two members representing each of the Torrance high schools, El Camino College, Shery, California Academy of Math & Science and two members- at-large. All meetings are open to the public, and young people are encouraged to address the Council on any items related to youth. Applications for Torrance Youth Council are accepted each May (apply here today).  Applicants must reside in Torrance.  Following the selection process, new members are installed in August.    For more information call 310-618-2949.
