Project Description
The proposed Project seeks to enhance pedestrian and bicycle use in the historic Downtown Torrance. The Project will remove and replace damaged sidewalks, driveways, alley approaches, and curbs; upgrade curb ramps; install traffic signing and striping to create new bicycle facilities; and install bicycle amenities.
The limits of the Project are Torrance Blvd to the north, Cabrillo Ave to the east, Plaza Del Amo to the south, and Cota Ave/Watson Ave/Martina Ave to the west.
