Russ Nolte Annex of the Bartlett Center

Russ Nolte provided 16 years of dedicated service to the community as a member of the Senior Citizens Council. He played a critical role in the development and construction of the new Bartlett Senior Citizens Center. Russ lobbied tirelessly to ensure the Center would become a reality.

After the center was complete, Russ became increasingly aware of the tremendous need for expanded information and referral services for seniors. He then began his quest for the creation of a focal point for seniors. Through his persistence and tenacity, the Bartlett Center Focal Point was officially designated in February 1992. The Bartlett Center Annex was dedicated in honor of Russ Nolte in September 1997.
