A Torrance tradition for more than three decades, the annual Excellence in Arts awards show honors artists in the Torrance community who have made an impact in the arts community either as an artist or as a supporter and advocate of the arts. From local musicians, artist, authors to performers, many have been honored with this distinction. CitiCABLE 3 features exclusive interviews with each of the winners and gives you an in depth look behind who each of the winners are and why they were honored for this prestigious award.
