If you would like to commend an employee of the Torrance Police Department, please fill the form below.  You may either mail or return the completed form to:  Torrance Police Department, 3300 Civic Center Dr., Torrance, CA 90503.   You may also commend an employee by writing a letter to the Chief of Police and mailing or delivering the letter to the same address above with the notation: ATTN: CHIEF OF POLICE. Verbal commendations may be given to any Department supervisor. Your comments will be reviewed by the concerned employee supervisor and the commended employee.
