Applicants for paid and volunteer positions at the City of Torrance must go to the Human Resources building to obtain an application for Live Scan Fingerprint processing.  Human Resources is located at 3231 Torrance Blvd.  The City has a contract with a provider and no appointment is necessary.  Human Resources staff will provide a map and contact information along with the Live Scan application.  For more information, you may call (310) 618-2967.

The exception to this policy would involve applicants seeking paid or volunteer positions at the Torrance Police Department.  Police Department applicants should contact the Personnel Division at the Torrance Police Department, located at 3300 Civic Center Drive.  For more information, you may call (310) 618-5707.
