Once you find the job title you are interested in, click on the job title link. You can provide your personal information and our system will automatically generate an email when the position you are interested in opens for applications. The interest card is valid for a period of one (1) year.

Becoming a program leader at the City of Torrance allows you a unique opportunity to gain experience with the recreational, cultural, and educational programs. Program leaders will provide a variety of services, learning hands on experience and establish working relationships with the public and city personnel.
