Torrance area High School Students, the Community Services Department is looking for future leaders or students interested in City government to serve as Youth Council members for the 2018-2019 school year. If you are interested applications can be found at your local library or on line at www.recreation.torranceca.gov/tyc high school programs. Complete and submit the application by May 21, 2018.
