The Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation hosts their annual Festival of the Arts extravaganza.  Bring the entire family and enjoy entertainment galore and participate in the hands-on art, dance, theatre, music, and craft activities. The Foundation will showcase entertainers on four different stages.  Food will be offered by local restaurants.
