2018 City of Torrance Rose Float Volunteer Decorators
Torrance Rose Float Association members are invited to decorate the 2018 City of Torrance Rose Parade Float starting December 26th through December 30, 2017. There are two shifts per day available. Round trip transportation is provided for each shift. Decorating shift details are available on the attached volunteer decorator and waiver form. You must be a TRFA member to decorate.
