Join us for the annual Halloween Carnival on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Wilson Park from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. The cost is $10 (cash only) for an unlimited use wristband. Food trucks will be available for a nominal charge. Animals are not permitted in the event area.
