Learn about disaster preparedness by enrolling in the Torrance Fire Department's Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) three-day training. The hands-on training is free of charge to Torrance residents and business members over the age of 18. Participants will receive a certification of completion after undergoing a disaster simulation and learning about medical operations, fire suppression, light search and rescue, team organization, and more.
