Summer Reading Program Carnival!
Let's all celebrate the end of the Summer Reading Program with a Carnival in Victor Park! Games, activities, snacks, and fun! This event is free, sponsored by the Friends of the Torrance Library, and no registration is required. The event is outdoors, so bring your hats and sunscreen!
