The City of Torrance invites residents on November 9, 2024, at 9 a.m. for a discussion on improvements that will be taking place in Paradise Park located at 5006 Lee Street in Torrance.

The City will be working with DVD Landscape Architects, Inc. on the site plan design and have created a project website at https://tinyurl.com/CTParadisePark
