Alert SouthBay is conducting a Region test of the Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) for the South Bay. This test will occur on May 7, 2024 at approximately 11:30 a.m.

WEA-compatible wireless phones that are switched on, within range of an active cell tower, and in a geographic area where the wireless provider participates in WEA should be capable of receiving the test message.
