Join us at the City of Torrance Permit Center on Monday, April 22 for a special Earth Day event! Pet waste contributes to elevated bacteria levels in storm water and ultimately at our beaches. Help keep our storm drains clear of pollutants and pick up a free, refillable pet waste dispenser with bags while supplies last.
