The next Transportation Committee Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 20th, from 4 - 5:30 p.m. in the LeRoy J. Jackson City Council Chambers. At this meeting, Los Angeles County Transportation Authority (LA Metro) staff will present information on their current and proposed security plan for its rail and bus system. They will also discuss how the plan could help improve safety and security for future light rail expansion to Torrance. There will also be experts on safety and security speaking at this meeting.
