YMCA Prenatal/Postpartum Workshop

FITNESS FOR YOU & BABY
Join the Torrance-South Bay YMCA's Prenatal/Postpartum Workshop on Friday, March 24, 9-10:30am to learn how the benefits of exercise can help you as you welcome your baby into the world. Learn information regarding exercises that are safe during each of the pregnancy trimesters and workouts best suited for the early postpartum days. Exercises will also include those that help regain strength in the abdominals and pelvic floor as well as stretches to alleviate back and pelvic pain associated with pregnancy. Workshop will be held in the Loos/Popp Meeting Rooms at the Y and led by a personal trainer certified in prenatal/postpartum training. Open to everyone.
