El Camino College Small Business Development Center presents: Restaurant Recovery
We’ll hear from leaders in the field who are working in the trenches on Covid-19 recovery strategies in Southern California. We’ll pick their brains on what works, and what doesn’t. Over 90 information-packed minutes of discussion on each of two days will focus on winning strategies City Governments in Southern California can use in working with food businesses, Chambers of Commerce, and Business Improvement Districts. This is not another boring panel discussion! It will be focused, pointed, and purpose-driven, with the goal of outlining real-world strategies anyone working on Covid-19 recovery efforts (City Staff, Political Leaders, Chambers, BID’s, Business Owners) can use for their municipality or organization.
For the operators we will share state of the art best practices in safety and accountability programs for food, patrons and staff as well as review methodologies for analyzing operations effectiveness, including menu efficiency and profitability.
