Bona-fide Torrance-based, non-profit groups may submit events to be included in the Torrance citywide calendar pending approval. The City of Torrance Citywide Calendar System Administrator (Office of Cable and Community Relations) is responsible for determining which events are appropriate for posting and then approving a calendar entry. The administrator also has the capability to submit the event to other calendars so that your event may be posted on more than one calendar if appropriate. Events must occur within Torrance city limits to be considered for inclusion and submitted within the categories already identified within the calendar. Find out How To Submit.

THE 50TH ANNUAL SPRING ARTS & CRAFT FAIRE (Torrance Craftsmen's Guild)

The Torrance Craftsmen’s Guild presents THE 50TH ANNUAL SPRING ARTS & CRAFT FAIRE at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center, 3330 Civic Center Drive.

Admission is free.  For more information access www.TorranceCraftsmensGuild.Org.

Since 1970 the Torrance Craftsmen’s Guild has been featuring handmade treasures twice a year; once in the spring and once in the fall.  Don’t miss this very special event.

Over 40 years ago, a small group of artisans come together through their joy and enthusiasm for the creation of handmade crafts.  As interest and membership grew, they formed the Torrance Craftsmen’s Guild as a non-profit organization chartered by the City of Torrance.  Many Guild members sell their handcrafted items to the public at two annual events in the Fall and Spring.

The original purpose of the Guild was, and still is today, to promote the interest of arts and crafts in the local community.  It has expanded to reward individuals for their endeavors in the world of arts and crafts by providing scholarships to high school senior students within the Torrance Unified School District.  These Two events raise the funds needed to support the scholarships.
