Halloween Pet Parade & Costume Contest
The annual Halloween Pet Parade & Costume Contest is part of the Torrance Antique Street Faire Anniversary Celebration. The parade is a 1:30, sign-up starts at 1 pm in Kennedy Park, in front of Wells Fargo Bank. All pets are welcome!
