The City of Torrance and the Torrance Social Services Commission will host a Veterans Appreciation Luncheon & Resource Fair on Friday, Nov. 9, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center.

The free program includes resource booths, a guest speaker and lunch.
