First Steps to Great Customer Service EMPLOYEES ONLY

This class is a discussion on what the meaning of Customer Service is, how we deliver it, who receives

It and how it is perceived. Customer Service is something every employee at every level is asked to perform. It can be someone at your counter, on the phone, through email or an internal employee needing service from you or your department. Whatever the situation is, this class helps us to take a step back and understand the true meaning of Customer Service as well as walk away with some tools to put into use.
