Downtown PCC

The Downtown Torrance Police Community Center, located at 1215 El Prado Avenue in historic downtown Torrance, was opened on November 12, 1994.  Currently, free Tax Assistance for Seniors is being offered at this location. The Tax Assistance Program for Senior Citizens sponsored by AARP begins February 1, 2012, and continues through April 13, 2012. South PCC (Walteria Park)

The South Torrance Police Community Center is located at Walteria Park.  The Center serves as a field police officer "satellite station" for officers only.  No services are offered at this location.
