The City of Torrance is located in Service Planning Area (SPA) 8 of Los Angeles County, and we have local resources available to assist our residents in their greatest times of need. While there are many service providers in our area, we promote a focused ‘Coordinated Entry System’ or CES, to help file everyone through the same starting point, so that professionals can link those in need to the appropriate service providers and resources.
